Returns within 30 days

We provide our customers with longer than standard return time, up to 30 days from delivery.

Cancellation of the contract must be made in writing, by filling out the form for Cancellation of the contract, it must contain all the data used to identify the goods, it must be delivered within the above period together with the goods to the address of the seller or. another specified by the seller.

The goods must not be damaged and used. Together with the goods, the buyer must hand over all documents relating to the goods in question (operating instructions, warranty card, etc.), which he received at the time of purchase.

Do not send the goods to us with COD method. We will not accept the goods sent in this way and they will return to you.

Upon receipt of the goods with the completed form of delivery from the contract, we will check the goods and if it is not damaged and used, we will process the return of the goods and wish you money usually in the same way as the payment of the order. In exceptional cases, it is possible to return the money in another way by prior agreement.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, we return the value of the purchased goods. Paid postage or cash on delivery fee cannot be refunded.

 

Claims:

In the event that manufacturing defects occur on the purchased goods during the warranty period, the customer is entitled to claim defective goods from the supplier within the warranty period, usually within 24 months of purchase.

Only goods purchased and paid for by the seller can be claimed. When making a complaint, the buyer is obliged to deliver (if the nature of the goods allows) the claimed goods clean, mechanically undamaged, together with the warranty card or proof of purchase (invoice or other proof of payment for the goods to the seller).

The warranty is void if the defects are due to mechanical damage to the product, operation of the product in unsuitable conditions, or defects were caused by natural disasters and mishandling.
